The Origin of the term, "Changeblogger"
Hi! In early May 2008 I wrote a post, Changebloggers: Using Social Media to Create Social Change on my blog Have Fun * Do Good.
A lot of people sent in suggestions which I listed in a follow-up post Changebloggers List + Wanna Meetup? which garnered more suggestions plus ideas for how we all could connect.
I set up a Changeblogger Facebook group, SocialButterfly set up a Changeblogger Wiki, The Buzz Bin created a Changeblogger Meme and SocialButterfly is hosting the first Changeblogger Meetup in Washington DC.
I recently set up this Ning group as another tool for connecting. Ideally, I would love it if this all led to a series of regional changeblogger meetups which culminated in an international changeblogger gathering.
