Social Butterfly...I till haven't gotten to do my changeblogger meme yet but it's on the slate for this week! Thanks for the outreach...I had a long response to you in a blog post and it went 'poof' somewhere into cyberspace in crash-ville. sigh. @Julia, you have a very good point! I look forward to being able to add a picture here. We have just moved into a new apartment, and don't have internet hookup yet. Thus, it's been a bit more difficult to update. But, you are correct. A picture would be nice! =)

Thanks for your comment, SocialButterfly. Indeed, our event will be very low-impact, with BYO reusable plates, silverware, napkins, etc. as well as all locally-sourced homemade food. People will be coming by carpools, busses, and bicycles. I don't imagine we'll have much of any waste! Will be thinking of you all in DC!
